Accept your flaws, tanggapin mo lahat ng baho at kapangitan mo ng bukal sa loob mo, laugh at it, magalit ka if you want to, you're still valid in any way. Sa totoo lang wala silang pinagkaiba sa flaws mo isinusumpa ko yan sa yo. Once na tanggap mo ang kapalpakan mo from head to toe, that's where you start improving and most of all, walang makakadurog sa isang taong naranasan na ang madurog at mabuong muli. Madaling tanggapin ang lahat ng magagandang bagay sa atin di na yan kelangan i memorize. Do what is hard to do, sabi di ba? Celebrate yourself everyday knowing that we are all one in thought, words, and actions, emotions, feelings positive or negative. Once you fathom that WE ARE ALL ONE no matter what size color or gender or beliefs, your unconditional self love will radiate from inside out and could transform other people's lives in one way or another and THIS IS YOUR TRUE AUTHENTIC BEAUTY. INSIDE OUT.

Don't get me wrong ha, of course physical beauty is good and valid too. We are THE holy trinity of MIND, BODY, SOUL.
