You will not need others to "see" you if YOU CAN SEE YOU.
Just in case you need this message right now, here it is:
Everyone wants to BE SEEN by "others".
But never gives themselves a chance to let themselves be seen by themselves.
And this creates a lack of self worth mentality which causes anxiety and depression.
That "I don't matter" "No one understands ME", "They don't see ME" "I don't look like this, I don't have that" and "I have to look like this and have that" in order for them to see ME and like ME and ...... the list goes on.
Ang sistema ng lipunan na ating kinalakihan ay napakaganda ng estratehiya para marami ang tumingin sa panglabas na anyo at aspeto ng buhay para makaramdam na sila ay masaya at buo. Yes?
Now, only UNTIL:
One learns to sit still in silence and LISTEN TO HIS OWN SILENCE then one can hear the voice that says, "you are lovely and you are f&ckin everything why do you keep on looking outside when you have everything inside of you right here within you, stop being afraid to be no one, no thing, no where!"
Our ego has a strong conditioning that IT IS GOING TO DIE IF WE stop identifying with literally any thing and that is why, marami ang takot manahimik at umupo sa "nakakabingi at nakaka boring" na katahimikan kasi takot sila sa KATOTOHANANG maririnig nila that says.
I SEE YOU MY LOVE, DO YOU SEE ME?
DO YOU SEE YOU?
DO YOU WANT TO GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO SEE YOU?
SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO REQUIRE AND WAIT FOR OTHERS TO SEE YOU?
Would you want to see me?
Would you want to spend time with me?
